These terms apply when you book a Football Pathway Consultation through projectfootballer.com. Please read them before you pay. We send a copy with your booking confirmation.
Football Pathway Consultations are sold and provided by We Make Footballers Ltd, trading as Project Footballer ("we", "us"). Company number 07752847, registered in England and Wales. Each consultation is delivered on our behalf by the consultant you choose. You are buying the consultation from us, not from the consultant.
A one-to-one online video call lasting 60 minutes with the consultant you choose at booking, giving honest, practical guidance on your child's football development and next steps, based on the consultant's experience.
A parent or carer must attend the whole call. A child under 18 may join only with their parent or carer present. Calls are not recorded.
What it is not: we cannot guarantee trials, academy places, contracts or any particular outcome. The consultation is general guidance, not medical, legal or financial advice.
Sean Conlon: £200. Matthew Healy: £100. Amir Khoshmanesh: £80. All prices include VAT and are the total you pay.
You pay in full when you book, through our booking provider (Cal.com) and payment provider (Stripe).
Our contract with you starts when we send your booking confirmation email. The confirmation includes a link to these terms.
As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking without giving a reason. If your consultation is more than 14 days after you book, you can cancel at any time in those 14 days for a full refund.
If you choose a consultation date within the 14 days, we will ask you to confirm when booking that you want it to go ahead early. If you cancel before the call takes place, you will still get a full refund. Once the consultation has been fully provided, the right to cancel ends.
To cancel, use the cancel link in your confirmation email or email info@projectfootballer.com with your name and booking date. You can also use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
This right does not affect your other legal rights, including the right to a service provided with reasonable care and skill.
Outside the 14-day period above, these rules apply.
48 hours' notice or more: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule free of charge.
Less than 48 hours' notice, or you miss the call: no refund, but you can reschedule once, to a date within 3 months.
Joining late: the call still ends at its scheduled time.
If we or the consultant need to cancel or cannot provide the call, we will offer you a new date or a full refund - your choice.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
We handle personal information as set out in our privacy notice at projectfootballer.com/privacy. Please do not include medical details in the booking form. If you mention a health or injury issue during the call, the consultant will use it to give advice. They will only note it for follow-up if you agree, and notes are deleted after 12 months.
If you are unhappy, email info@projectfootballer.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
